My significant other use to work with Donavan before he became a real estate agent and they are friends. I am always skeptical when working with someone we personally know as it can sometimes be hard to criticize if something doesn't go the way you want. Honestly, Donavan did a really good job and I really don't have anything bad to say about his service. All positive things!
