Mr. Bodkin is a great realtor, very professional. He tries his best on doing what is right he works hard for you, but when you have another half that owns part of the property that makes it very hard to sell I give Mr. Bodkin a lot of credit because as of realtor he could have quit months ago instead of putting up with a lot of bullshit from the other half he’s always doing what’s right for both parties. He does a great job. It just sucks that when you have a partnership that the one partner will always put a kibosh to what’s right so if you need a realtor agent, Dwain is your guy he will standby you 100% and he will do his best in selling your place.
