We were impressed with Ed Jr's market knowledge. He was able to provide us with exceptional market knowledge and even knew who built our house (which was 30 years old and we didn't know who built it), provided us with a staging consult to help get our home ready for sale, had professional photos and video tour done of our house with him in it. I really liked all the views that we got on facebook and youtube with the video. His website gave us great exposure as well. I was also impressed with how many times he showed our house himself. We listed at a slower time of the year so the house took a little longer to sell than we expected, but ultimately we were very impressed with our experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team.
