Ed Senior provided a stager at his expense to tell me how to stage (empty) my house for showing. He showed me other houses that were below value of mine and then told me what I should list at. I sold my house in 4 days, but when I was presented with offers, he basically put them down in front of me and said "here's your offers, choose 1". we had to argue with him to get him to go back with a counter. He eventually gave in and we sold our house. It shouldn't be this hard on the seller. We shouldn't have to argue with our realtor to do his job. So I am happy the house sold so quickly, but unhappy with Ed and his lazy tactics.
