2020 was stressful enough despite the fact that we bought and sold during the first week of the covid provincial shutdown, not knowing if we would sell our house, find a house we could go through and eventually buy, would there be a mortgage broker working who could help us, what about a lawyer and moving company. Don't forget the home inspection. Elaine was awesome. A great sounding board and now neighbour. I would not hesitate to send someone to Elaine for her guidance. She went above and beyond to help us see our potential homes, solve our problems and make this stressful time enjoyable with some laughs along the way. One of a kind... a hard working lady.
