Gina was quite unprofessional in the way she conducted business. He communications were full of errors and spelling mistakes. It was difficult to get her to show up to show our appartment. We accepted an offer which fell through and were extremely dissapointed that she never even asked us if we wanted to take a deposit. She told us that deposits were only so that the agents would get paid - not for the sellers as a non-refundable guarantee. When the contract ended, she made us go pick up the set of keys that we gave her at her office which was 45 minutes away.
