We hired Greg to help us buy a home in Hamilton. He was more than helpful, offering his professional opinion on the quality of each house we looked at. With a background in engineering and years of experience looking at houses, he was able to spot all kinds of defects that we would never have noticed on our own. He also grew up in Hamilton and lives there, so he knows all the neighbourhoods inside out, and is able to identify what type of house and neighbourhood you're looking for. And that's the best thing - he even talked us out of buying houses that we initially expressed interest in, effectively talking himself out of a quick sale. He didn't pressure us in any way, and warned us it could take six months of more to find a house. In the end, it took less than that, but we really appreciated his honesty, and his willingness to help us for the long haul. He was also available pretty much all the time, evenings weekends, and was very forthcoming about all aspects of home buying. I would strongly recommend Greg Rozakis to first-time homebuyers, because of his experience, technical knowledge and integrity. I can't speak more highly of the guy, and would definitely engage his services again.
