Hamish got us out of a jam. We were moving from Alberta to the Lower Mainland but hit a problem, our home was sold in Alberta very quickly and we had nowhere to live in our chosen area. Hamish had a very narrow window to work with as we had a specific are and a particular complex we wanted to live in but there was nothing available. Hamish went above and beyond contacting every resident of the complex until he found a unit that someone was willing to sell us, it wasn't even on the market and he got it for us! Through all this, he kept us fully informed long distance helping to arrange everything for our arrival.
