It was a pleasure having her as my realtor, especially since I was not yet in the city when I started looking. But she took the time to go check out any listings that came up and send me videos of the house tour. She was very knowledgeable about homes and was able to point highlights of the home as well as any items that may need addressing, including providing recommendations about how to address it. Overall, I appreciated her approach that buying a home is a huge step and you want to be happy with your purchase, so there was never any pressure to pursue homes that I may have been hesitant about. As a result, it was easy to trust her judgement and recommendations, including when I placed an offer on the home I purchased without having had a chance to view it in person. Overall, she made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
