Family, Friend, Realtor. I remember very clearly the words that Jalaj Arora said to me when my husband and I were deciding to put in an offer on the house we currently reside in. Jalaj knew I was having doubts and was unsure and not yet ready to move on this property. My husband however knew this was the right house for us but I was just not there yet. We were stalled. Jalaj pulled me aside and said in a very calm voice, "tell me, what are you feeling right now?" Jalaj cared enough to pause. He listened to my concerns. After that conversation, we put in an offer and after a short negotiation, we got it! That was 8 years ago. This time however, we had to contend with an unstable and very unpredictable market. Through it all, it was his hustle, relentless determination, and strategic approach that closed the deal. But more importantly, the qualities we most admire in Jalaj Arora and the reason he has been our friend and agent for as long as he has is his genuine kindness, honesty, and integrity as a person.
