Jason Sims and everyone at Agent Realty were excellent. Not only did they show me the listings I wanted to see, based on my needs and what I was looking for they found other listings. Considering my children’s ages and interests, Jason suggested neighbourhoods we had not even considered and boy was he right? He also has a lot of experience and connections and was aware of listings before they were even put on the market so we were able to do our homework in advance and get in quickly with a competitive offer. It’s been a real challenge finding a place that meets our budget and all of our wish lists but somehow Jason made it happen! He is the best realtor in town.
