First time home buyers here! We were referred to Jennifer and her team by our close friend and was assured that we would have nothing to worry about and that we would be in good hands. Jennifer was very friendly, personable, patient and attentive, addressed all our needs and concerns, she even had suggestions that even we never thought about, truly sharing her vast knowledge of the industry. Colin was also very helpful and accomodating to our busy schedules. He assisted us with all the appointments to the open house viewings as well as finding answers to questions we had regarding the properties we were interested in.
