We had our home listed with another realtor during the spring of 2020 and it unfortunately did not sell. We called Jenn to come and give us an assessment/evaluation and it turns out that we had priced the home wrong. When she went over the similar properties in our area, and explained what the market was doing, it gave us confidence to list with her. She provided us with constant feedback including weekly reports that helped us to better understand the market. We are so glad our home is now sold and we can start enjoying our new home!
