Joanna was so refreshing in this rush rush world. She was always there for the thousand phone calls every place we wanted to see, we didn’t hear the words I am busy. She was so attentive to our needs. Some say it’s the little things that matter, Well in her case it was the million little things as well as all the BIG things. She was always early and very prepared. Knowledgeable to no end. When on the day of our move she volunteered to look after our 5 year old boy who calls her auntie. We didn’t gain a realtor but a sister and an auntie. We will use Joanna again without a doubt.
