Joel was always prompt with communication and courteous, he was always very patient with our multitudinous questions. He was knowledgeable but never pushy and made a very good sound board when we went to viewings. He took our must haves into account early on in our shopping and did his best to find properties that fit our needs (we had some specifics for sure). He managed our showing limitations well (young kids) and was very accurate with advice and pricing our home, we actually got more than we were hoping. Very personable, and would highly recommend him.
