Anyone considering using this agent or Royal lePage Realty company for a real estate transaction should be very careful. I speak from a very painful personal experience, where in retrospect we were misled from the start in purchasing a condo unit. After signing all the necessary papers,on the very last day before closing, we were notified that the seller defaulted on their sale contract. The very same agent, who by the way was acting for both seller and buyer for our transaction, is now ( only a week later) listing the very same property for 50 thousand dollars more than originally contracted with us. Very unethical ! Beware!
