Josh is so caring about the person he is representing and very reliable, I never have heard of a realtor doing as much as Josh has done for me. He found me the perfect place to call home got my offer accepted, and then worked hard to help get my property ready for sale. He had my home sold for good money in less than 2 weeks. After living in my home for 50 years he helped make it easy for me in every way from cleaning to arranging moving, picking me up for each showing and even going to the lawyers office, he was always there for me and put in so much work to help with the things I couldn’t do alone. I always felt safe in his company and Josh has high ethics which is very important as many people have tried to take advantage and lots of people these days have no ethics.
