I used Josie to both buy and sell a home. I will try to be balanced in my review. She gave good advice and has a great team working with her. She is a successful agent but not a sensitive or kind person. When we expressed our unhappiness with what we perceived as manipulative and unprofessional behaviour, she said she could sue us for defamation. I felt somewhat bullied into submission. I think her replies on this website speak to her nature. I would use someone else next time.
