Julian and his team went above and beyond for my wife and I as first-time home buyers. He was patient and understanding as we searched for the perfect home for over five years! Julian was incredibly knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods, parcel classifications, taxes, home appliances, construction quality, and all of the rules and regulations. He was also very helpful in helping us navigate the move to the area from California, and even offered to help us with things like accepting deliveries and checking in on the house after we closed to when we moved in. In addition to his team's exceptional knowledge of the local real estate market, Julian provided us with excellent communication via text, email, and phone calls every step of the way. He was always responsive to our questions and concerns and always seemed to be going the extra mile. When we visited Bellingham, he spent an entire afternoon with my wife and me, driving us around the city, getting lunch, and just giving us the in-depth details. He was incredibly generous with his time! We were VERY picky, and I am sure very annoying at times, lol, but Julian was always so helpful. Julian did an excellent job at negotiating on our behalf, helping us to get the best possible deal on our dream home. We closed at 16% below asking, and helped us avoid negotiation pitfalls. He also helped us line up a loan, insurance, an inspection guy, and more. SOOOO helpful. I thought a realtors job was more basic, but man, I was totally wrong. I would highly recommend Julian and his team to anyone looking to buy a home in the Bellingham area. They love their careers, and it shows. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are experts in their field and made sure that we were not just satisfied but thrilled with our home purchase experience. We also feel like we found a great friend... which is rare :)
