We can't recommend Krystal enough! She was very knowledgeable, and walked us through the sale process. She was very responsive when our buyer was causing issues that delayed our close by over a month could have led to our deal falling through (in which case we would have lost our new home). She negotiated an additional non-refundable deposit in exchange for the added time, as well as the buyer covering our added incurred costs. Without that added incentive, our buyer would have probably backed out and really left us in a lurch. An excellent agent to have in your corner, as well as a kind and thoughtful person to work with.
