We did not like our experience with her. Honestly I started of ok but then noticed she was just there for the money. We kept on telling her what we were looking for ex: house, pricing etc. but she kept sending us pictures of only the houses she was seling to get the full commission. She never did like most agents and sit with us to build a plan for houses with our needs.
Then once we found a house that we liked since it was with another agent she did seem much interested and instead of helping us she was trying to take has much money has possible from us.
ADVICE: IF SOMETHING YOU LIKE IN THE HOUSE NEGOCIATE DIRECTLY !!! WITH THE OWNER NOT HER BECAUSE SHE WILL DO EVERYTHING SO TAHT THE OWNER MAKES THE MOST MONEY OUT OF IT. she works better with the owner then buyer!!!
And final she never showed up to the notary she had her assistant come sign the papers which I found was disrespectul after all that. We never heard from her, never called back to see if everything went well.
Bottom line find someone who will help you & understand your needs when buying a home.
