He did excellent job searching out properties that fell under our very narrow criteria, went with us trotting through every mud and creek we wanted to see, and, most importantly, did a lot of background detailed homework on every property we wanted to see. He communicated with all the agents and tried to get us the most information possible even before the viewing. When getting our property ready, he helped us immensely with staging the property and making sure we are ready for the stagers. During the showings he was excellent at communicating feedback from the potential buyers. Liam kept our spirits up when we were waiting for the offer and was always available for comments and questions. He diligently presented us with all offers and gave us suggestions. During the final walk through Liam did amazing job communicating with our lawyer, the bank and the other agent on all the issues. He was excellent support during very stressful time.
