If I could give 7 stars to responsiveness, I would. I don't expect instant answers from any professional, but he would tackle everything I threw at him ASAP and if wasn't able just at that time would let me know and then do it when possible. I felt catered to and my needs met. He is an upcoming agent, and I have no doubt his unbridled professionalism and service will take him far.
