Both professional and knowledgeable, Michelle was always available to help during this process, even when she was on vacation. I have worked with Michelle prior to this move and I would definitely work with her again. She is also aware of the emotional stress selling/buying comes with and is quick to ease that. She is very trustworthy and always has her clients needs at the forefront. She most definitely helped make this experience a good one.
