From the very first time we saw Michelle’s Remax sign on the lawn on some of the houses in our neighbourhood, we had a feeling that she could be a very trustworthy person. Her intermittent calls of concern about our life and the up-to-date situation really impressed us. She put no pressure on our decision and was very patient. She put in so much time and effort to help us with impediments regarding our decision to sell our home of 33 years. She followed up with us constantly to ensure that we were satisfied with the process. After our home had been sold and after two years living in the place we had chosen, we were not happy with that decision. We than called Michelle and asked for her help to try to get us a ome that would be more suitable to our needs. Without hesitation, she made appointments with us and agents and we then decided to cancel our lease with the residence and have now moved into a much more viable home. We sincerely appreciate Michelle’s customer service and how she is always available to us for advice. We also appreciate how she demonstrates the professional way she handles business. We are seniors and hopefully stable for quite a while. Michelle advised and helped our son re- locate to a condo in Montreal where he wanted to live. We periodically hear from people who are thinking about selling their homes and we refer Michelle’s name when possible.
