Biggest mistake we ever made. We had to sell in a hurry and Mike gave us lots of assurances. We sold for over $50,000 below asking in a hot Toronto market. Furthermore, he sold to a buyer that was a client of another member of his team. It was fishy but we needed to sell. Terrible service.
