Mike was familiar because he’s in the same community as ours but we have not decided to get him as our realtor at first because we had other options until a close friend of mine recommended Mike to us and told me great feedback (my friend was Mike’s client too). Of course, we would love to have someone who had wonderful experience with the realtor especially that we’re going to buy our very first home 🏠.
