We are too hesitant at the beginning to buy a property in NB without seeing it first but when we find Mike and talk to him about his past clients with similar situation, we found that our scenario is not so unique afterall and so anxiety eases up a little bit. Mike and his team are very professional and works efficiently and he answers all of our queries quickly Mike went to the property and video every single room in the house , He sent and explained it to us one by one Heading to closing Mike even reminded us to contact all utilities that we needed to call (hydro,gas etc) He also introduced us to Kimberly our broker who worked very hard to find us good rates and also to our lawyer (Marie Michelle) who patiently explains to us all the legality aspects of things.
