We've dealt with a lot of real estate agents and Mike was by far the best one, with the most genuine heart. My family and I were moving from New Brunswick to Ontario, and we had a very small time limit to do it. Mike made it happen efficiently and so smoothly. I asked him if he could set up a cleaner for me to get the house cleaned before the new owners took possession, and not only did he set it up, he overlooked the whole process and kindly paid the fee. Once we found out there was a few small things left behind, he personally mailed it to us! He cares for his clients, and always on the ready to answer any questions we had!
