Mike Kearns was the selling agent for the home we bought in Collingwood. Mike Kearns advertised the property we purchased as "backing onto greenspace for future privacy". It turns out that this was completely false and that the "greenspace" directly behind our property was designated for development years ago and there are current plans to build over 180 residential units. Our number one criteria for our home purchase was privacy. Had we known about the development we never would have purchased.
