Absolutely the worst agent ever. Never returned calls or bid offers. She let offers expire without notice or any answers as to why. Very unprofessional. When we took possession of the house, issues with regards to holes in the wall, place was dirty and not clean. She does not care and will not keep up her end of the duty of care oath she took as a realtor. Does not stand behind the meaning of being a realtor. Does not care about people one bit so why are you in the business. Karma is key Mindy. No wonder you have a terrible reputation within the industry. This will also be going to the real estate board of BC. You will not get away from leaving customers in a bad state when taking possesion of a home.
