We expected to sit on our property for 6mos-1year, but we had an offer after 1 day! So our experience with selling was very short lived. However, we spent about 5 weeks with her while we searched and searched for our next home. She kept us informed on everything, and was incredibly knowledgeable with the market trends and current state. We eventually found the right home for us and Mindy had to work hard to get the deal done for us. Overall, she is a force! A knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate force.
