Multiple times this guy has cold called our house, looking for a commitment that if we list, we’ll call him. (Why would we?) Every time it’s been creepy and overly familiar. He deliberately gives the impression he knows us, is cagey about his purpose until I make the call deliberately awkward, and this is after we’ve told him every time to stop calling us. As a result, we’ll never list with Remax. Avoid this guy.
