Peter is the best. He opened my eyes to different options that were available for the house. He explained the agreements and paperwork very clearly. What really settled this for me was when he asked me what living there in 5 years would look like. It would need too much maintenance and we want to relax, and take a few trips. After listening, and talking with Wayne, and thinking about it, I made the perfect decision to sell. I would definitely refer people to Peter.
