It doesn't surprise me to see an almost unanimous 5-star rating from so many of Robert's clients. He has closed four real estate transactions for us in the past 10 years and all were done efficiently, courteously, professionally with successful conclusions. Additionally, Robert is an absolute pleasure to work with - unfailingly responsive, kind and informative. He has deep knowledge of the business and was able to spot anomalies or errors committed by other parties' realtors, and to advise us on the various paths we could proceed with when faced with different scenarios. And he does all this exemplary work for what amounts to less than half the commission that other agents take. I can definitely understand why he is a sought after realtor and clients would be lucky to have him working with them.
