We bought one of Davis' listings through another agent (who was absolutely fantastic).Though we did not have to deal directly with Davis, we had a lot of trouble getting papers back to us in time to get the ball rolling with the bank and the lawyers. He then asked us to do paperwork that he is being *paid* to do. BEWARE OF BUYING ONE OF RYAN DAVIS' PROPERTIES: he does not deserve the commission he gets through his sales.
