Sam was absolutely wonderful to work with to purchase our first home. From our first meeting with Sam, he was organized, professional, and knowledgeable. Sam is a great communicator and addressed many of our concerns before we had to ask them. He was very flexible in his availability to show us homes and met with us at times that worked for our hectic schedules, often working late into the evening. When we bought our home Sam negotiated hard on our behalf to arrange the deal under asking price.
