His plus that I found very useful was the ability to get reno works done at a low cost and quick quality worksmanship. We actually ended up remodelling an entire basement and it worked out very well. I saw some negative comment in the reviews and felt I must share my positive experience too. I wonder why someone had a negative exp with him. But thats life.
