Being new to Victoria, I was fortunate to come across Sharon Hoffman who willingly and enthusiastically spent time with me on the telephone so I understood the city and its various neighborhoods. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the city. More like an ambassador for the city than a real estate agent. Certainly made me feel more comfortable and confident with the task of finding a new home. Ms. Hoffman was thorough and professional and i quickly got the sense that she knew every little detail of every available property in the Fairfield/James Bay/Oak Bay area. It's obvious that she works very hard for and cares about her clients. She always seemed to be available and accessible. its was very impressive actually. I had a very positive experience and would recommend her to anyone wanting professional real estate guidance and advice in Victoria.
