If you want an agent who does not help you, come through with promises or communicates – this is your guy. Worst agent EVER! Once we signed he dropped us and we constantly had to follow up with him to get things done. Lacks personality and was truly perturbed when we asked for a home inspection as part of the deal and constantly knocked down things we talked to him about that came up on the inspection. Buying a home is supposed to be an exciting event, but he literally sucked all the life out of the experience. BRUTAL!!!!!!
