Susan was amazing! She showed us 20 houses, and we talked through many more. She was so knowledgeable with the area, and she got a feeling right away for what we were looking for. I would even suggest one to look at, and she would save us the time of viewing it as she knew what we wanted. We hit a rough patch with our search (not finding anything) and helped us through it and started looking at other options etc. she wasn’t discouraged and was amazing! When we found our place, she was great with negotiating and knowing “worth” of houses, getting conditions met etc. couldn’t ask for more! A great choice in Realtor!
