Croft was unable to competently locate the boundaries of the 1-acre parcel. Months after the sale was complete, we found out about Croft's error. We incurred many expenses as a result of Croft's error. When we tried to deal with Croft about this he was unreliable, unprofessional, uncooperative. Very crafty.
