As a first time buyer my knowledge about real estate was limited, he was patient and tactful with his comments which led to closing the purchase. After we got an accepted offer my bank turn me down for the financing. Tom immediately found me another Mortgage Broker who helped me with financing. Tom persuaded me to buy more valuable property than initially sought after for the same amount of money. I realised later on that the property was better suited for me, and have a better potential.
