I have been using Wendy's realtor services for a very long time, I won't say how many decades because that ages both of us! Lol This last home I recently purchased certainly made Wendy work for her money! I had a difficult time locating a property I liked and was within my budget. Unfortunately, the house I am in now was far from the only home I put offers on. It eventually became a massive time crunch and by that point, almost impossible to have all the needed required documents completed, but Wendy made it happen!! It was her hard work and dedication that got me this home so I did not have to move twice. Wendy is extremely knowledgeable, very attentive, & extremely approachable, her personality makes her very easy to work with, no matter the circumstances or situation. She is a true professional! I do like to typically give constructive criticism in my reviews and the only word of caution I can give future clients is to not turn your back when you have a delicious churro (Mexican donut). Lol But seriously, I highly recommend Wendy to everyone. I won't use anyone else for my real estate needs, and neither should you!!
