We met Yousaf when we began looking for a home at the start of this year. Immediately comfortable and had a good feeling about him. The first house we looked at he was very straightforward and told us the pro’s and con’s of the house along with his honest opinion about it. From there, we looked at what seemed like every house in Regina until we finally found one recently that had everything we wanted. He never once rushed us or tried to convince us to buy something he could tell we were unsure of. I can’t say how much we appreciated that. He’s also very knowledgeable about Regina and all the different areas. Would very highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.
