My husband and I went to Zoë to buy a house having first reached out to her directly about a listing she had. From the very beginning, even before we were her clients, she was responsive, polite and knowledgeable. When we were in the position to buy, we met with her and gave a her clear list of parameters - our wish list was concise and decisive. We proceed to ask her to see houses out of the areas we indicated, worth more than we had budgeted, with fewer/more items from our previously agreed upon conditions. All along, she was patient, gently questioning whether we really wanted to see houses completely separate from anything we wanted! She had a great sense of humour, a seamless coach and kept us on the path we had originally agreed upon. But more, she understands what all of us know, we all want a home - something special and magical that speaks to us. She got it. She got us. We couldn't recommend her more highly.
