Zoe is exceptional! She truly is the perfect Agent. We are retired and planned a move from Toronto to Ottawa. Finding an Agent was an huge process. From the pool of Ottawa agents, we narrowed it down to 4 whom we had conversations with about the wishlist for our new home and the Agent's background/experience. Hands down Zoe stood out! This professionalism extended during our condo viewings. Each viewing was well coordinated and Zoe was very organized... providing us with printouts of each condo and highlighting important information about each one. She gave us space and time to discuss the condo between ourselves and listened to our feedback. She didn't once try to persuade us that any of the condos we viewed would be the one. Instead, she took our feedback and applied it to her search for us. As well, during our search, if there were questions we had regarding a condo, Zoe noted them and researched the answers for us.  We are so very grateful to have found Zoe.
