This is the second time in less than 3 years that I reached out to Thomas for his help to sell my property and find a more suitable home. Once again, Thomas and his team provided excellent professional services. Thomas is calm and very honest and, above all, very well versed in the industry; it’s evident he knows the market and its fluctuations. [Following the immediate sale of my house, Thomas pushed for continued house showings including an open house (despite my reluctance). In the end, thank goodness this occurred because the sale fell through but since continued advertising was still generating interest, another sale was realized immediately. No time lost.] Thomas has very impressive negotiating skills … these were definitely key to securing the house we felt was perfect for us. I can’t endorse Thomas and his team strongly enough. They don’t miss a step in the process … no gaps, no wondering who to notify or the timeline to follow … this was all spelled out in regular communications from their team. Thomas was extremely helpful, starting with the search. My plan was to start looking, only, to gauge the market, with the intent of purchasing and relocating from Saskatchewan, in 18-24 months. The perfect-for-me home was listed and with Thomas' reassurance that the house was a nice as the photos, I purchased based on a virtual walk-through. He handled the negotiations professionally, and was prompt to respond. Less than 3 weeks later, I took possession! The property was as good, or better than the pictures.
