Andrew is a great guy to have on your team when buying or selling a house, I've done both with Andrew. He's easy to work with, accommodating, and genuine. He puts in the effort, does what he says he'll do and follows up to make sure things are done right! Working with Andrew one truly gets the feeling that he is working on your behalf. When we were buying Andrew was actively surfacing (and even visiting) houses to see if he thought they might be a good fit for us and then sharing those comments. This is extremely valuable, as real estate pictures are sometimes like magic, making small spaces look big and hiding things that you would definitely prefer to know about. When selling with Andrew, he was very helpful and I believe our house sold in a timely manner because of the follow ups that he did with viewing realtors. I was very happy both buying and selling our house with Andrew and would definitely engage him again if we are in the market to buy or sell.
