I cant thank Aura enough. Our Journey literally lasted a year. We had a niche property to find , we wanted acreage and large shop to keep our toys , tractors and Rv. We literally looked at dozens of properties ,sometimes 3 in a weekend.We made lots of offers , found acceptable places but the construction was done with out permits ( Thanks to Aura calling the city) The list just goes on. The properties of interest had to be looked at with ATVs because of the size of properties. She would actually cruise with our kids and take them around , which was just adorable.It also helped the wife and I grt a better look at the interiors of the homes We originally had our eyes on anything north of highway 9, but we managed to buy on King with the help of Auras keen eye and persistence. There were days we just thought we would stop because we had already looked at everything but after sometime Aura would follow up and recommend a new listing. it was exhausting and tough , but she made it fun and manageable. Even during the negotiating phase she wouldn't miss a beat , she managed to get us a septic and well inspector and even forced us to do all 3 closing inspections which actually pushed the sellers to leave a clean property for us. Her experience really came in clutch for us and her knowledge on construction, building and permits ,saved us money and time. I can't thank Aura enough and hope our professional relationship blossoms into a family friendship because of kids just adore you so does the wife.
